Next Steps for your new Sunrise accounts

Below are instructions for enrolling in online banking and the next steps to finish the opening of your Sunrise account(s).



  • Account Number. After your account is approved, you can sign back into your application to view your account number and save/print a deposit slip if you wish. You can access your application within 30 days by clicking the links below and can find your confirmation number in your email from Sunrise Banks on the day you started your application. If more than 30 days has passed, you will need to call Sunrise Banks or visit a branch location to get your account number.

  • Next Steps for your accounts. Please check these out to make sure you know what comes next with getting your accounts ready for use!
    The routing number for any Sunrise Banks account is: 096001013 
    • Key or Rise Checking
      • Fund your checking account with $25 or more within 30 days of opening if you did not fund it when you completed your application. 
    • Thrift Savings
      • Fund your savings account with $50 or more within 30 days of opening if you did not fund it when you completed your application. 
    • Credit Builder
      • Check email regularly for approval or requests for more information.
      • Once approved, look for an email from "Docusign."
      • Sign the loan documents in DocuSign within 5 days. If you'd like to set up automatic payments, gather your account and routing numbers and add them in the corresponding section in the DocuSign. The first transfer will start 30 days after completing this DocuSign.
      • Optional: Save a copy of your DocuSign for your records.
